Return product

We provide a 7-day return and exchange guarantee foronline shopping. Most of the products purchased online are entitled to a 7-dayreturn or return guarantee (subject to the shipping company's delivery approvalrecord). Please contact us before returning.

Non-returnableproduct

 The followingsituations or products do not accept returns for refunds or  exchanges:

- The producthas been received for more than 7 days.

- The producthas been opened or has been used (eg. the packaging tape or box has been tornoff).

- The productis not well packaged, damaged or incomplete.

- Anydiscounted products, clearance products or sale products state "no returns areaccepted" in description.

- Any free or trial gifts.

- In case ofany disputes, Life Impact Medical Co. Ltd. reserves the right of final decisionwithout objection.

Refund Policy

Please note that we must check and verify the return products before returning or refunding. If we find that the situation does not meet our returnpolicy, products will not be returned or refunded, and Life Impact Medical Co.,Ltd. will not be responsible for returning the goods. 

Shipping and handling charges for the original order will not berefunded, sorry for the inconvenience. 

If your return the product has promotional gifts or specialpurchase products, you must also return the them together, otherwise the refundwill not be processed. If an accompanying gift is not returned, we will deductthe value of the gift or special offer upon refund.

Return Product Procedure

If you want to return the goods, please follow thefollowing procedures:

1. Contact us with your order number. (via whatsapp or email)

2. Enter the information of the returned item and thereason for the return.

3. After receiving our confirmation email or whatsapp,please pack the goods to be returned properly and send the goods back to ourcompany address by SF Express. (Please keep the SF Express delivery record)

4. After confirming that the refund criteria is met andthe information is correct, we will refund the money to your account within 10days.

5. All returned products must be paid for the returnfreight first. Life Impact Medical Co., Ltd. does not accept the payment of freightby the consignee.

Undelivered order

Some orders will be returned due to unknowndelivery address, PO Box, hotel address, multiple deliveries but no onereceived the package or the recipient refuses to accept the package, etc. Whenthe courier company returns the package to us, we will deduct the originalshipping fee, handling fee and HK$30 from the refund as the return orderprocessing fee.
